Discovery

Apply to work with us and, if our goals and timelines align, let's get to work! We'll send you a Business Profile form to fill out and then, synchronize our calendars to schedule a consultation to discuss the details of your online storefront. 

Blueprint

Next, we’ll create a Branding Board that showcases the design direction for your site based on your business personality, goals, color psychology, and current design trends. We will also include a Website Blueprint that will detail all of the elements on your site and include requests for marketing assets such as your logo, pictures, videos, website copy (if not included) etc.

Development

Once you approve the design direction of Website Blueprint, Branding Board and submit all necessary materials, we’ll architect your site. From the date of submission of materials, our Social Shifters estimate a 3-4 week turnaround.

We will complete a demo of your site, and schedule a meeting for the mini-reveal. During this Site Walkthrough we will take you on a tour through your online storefront, exploring pages, clicking buttons, and checking for any tweaks or changes. From there, we'll review our meeting notes and make the proper adjustments.

Publish

When your website is perfect, we will schedule a final meeting to handover the website rights and teach you how to operate it independently. This way, you can keep up with changes and make updates, check sales, or schedule bookings quickly and easily. We'll cover any last questions you may have and then, we go live with your published site!

  • What is the role of a social media manager?
    Most business owners don't have the time and energy to post and manage social media. That's where a social media manager comes in. Depending on the bundle you select, we will design graphics, edit videos, write posts, plan your content strategy, and answer questions and comments on your desired platform. You'll get to run your business instead of being glued behind a computer screen. Please note: Just because you hire a social media manager doesn’t mean you neglect your social media, it means you’ve delegated a few tasks, but you still follow up and be a force and a presence for your audience. Once we get the buzz and conversation going, it will be your responsibility to nurture each new lead.
  • What is sales copy? Do I need to provide copy for my captions?
    A complete post includes a graphic/video and a caption. What sells the products, services, and programs is the caption (sales copy/copyright), that's where people are reading and learning. They want to see how good you look but they also want to see some good-looking value in your caption. It goes down in the caption! Your potential customers/clients need to know you are an expert, you have the information they need, and you can help them with their problems. Creativity will get their attention but your caption needs to captivate and convert a reader into a buyer. We focus on writing captions with intention. If you do not have stellar copy ready for your page, don't worry! We provide our clients full sales copy with our SocialSHIFT and SocialSCALE bundle.
  • How much time does it take to launch?
    Depending on the package, to launch your new or revamped site with Social Shifter will take 3-4 weeks. If you woud like to get the ball rolling fast, prepare now. Gather all of your testimonials, photos, etc. in one place (try Google Drive). Also, begin collecting images and taking notes from the brands that inspire you.
